"Quite suspicious to see nothing but pure five star reviews, specially for an insurance agency at that. More than likely most of these reviews are generated by bots or the reviewers were paid off to leave five stars. No agent is ever this stellar as Cassie’s local State Farm agency has been nothing short of a nightmare to put up with. Now it’s understandable they have protocols to follow when processing new policies for their customers, but after nearly a month of my policy still remaining in the “pending” status with no explanation aside from the round around answer of “give it 3 -5 business days :)” yeah, something’s fishy. Had the luck of a crappy situation forcing me to cancel my policy (if you can even call it that since it was still pending), while requesting a refund. No issues whilst on the phone, though there hasn’t been any indication of my policy being successfully cancelled or at least being notified in some manner that it’s been initiated. Just given the run around yet again when inquiring about some form of proof for a paper trail to cover my ass, incase they pulled this exact bullcrap. So State Farm can initiate electronic payments when taking funds from customers, but make you jump through hoops clawing tooth and nail trying to get it back in the same method. You might as well send a carrier pigeon to fly me a check since State Farm is still living in the stone ages when generating a refund. Look, if you want to take a chance with this agency, hell this company entirely, it’s your skin, not mine. But if there’s any indicator that they’re not there to truly assist their customers/members, here’s your sign to look elsewhere. I hope this is only my experience putting up with them with the hopes no one else ever has to deal with their shenanigans. And yet I was positive that if my personal situation cleared up on my end, I’d be sprinting BACK to State Farm ready to have Cassie’s team assist me with my insurance inquiries. What can I say? Business aren’t your friend no matter what service they provide. Bet’cha ten dollars my review will be removed before it can even make it to be posted. I’ll be sprinting AWAY from them after this experience. If only leaving no stars were an option."
